We work with professional house owners from Havana, Viñales, Playa Giron, Cienfuegos, Santa Clara, Trinidad, Camaguey, Santiago up to Baracoa, and they operate already several years as coordinators for us. They are your guarantee for high quality services, a nice welcome, ambiance and lovely home cooking within their network of Cuban families. When you travel by bus they pick you up at the bus station. When you come by car you can either drive directly to their house or they wait for you at an easy to find meeting point. A better welcome is not possible !

We can arrange homestays for you at different locations & ambiances; for Havana with a balcony and view over the Mexican gulf, bay and old Havana, beautiful colonial mansions in Havana Vedado quarter with lovely patios, being located directly at the Caribbean or in a colonial style casa in the center of Cienfuegos, from the best home cooking & flan (creme brûlée) of Trinidad, up to colonial homestays at several quarters of Santiago and being accompanied for going out to a salsa club, all according to your taste & wishes. The rooms are always ensuite, meaning that your bathroom is accessed from within the bedroom, with airconditioning in the room.

If you have a recommended address of a casa particular from a guidebook or website, we prefer to stay with our own casa network for reliability & quality reasons. These promoted homestays are usually highly contacted, and although booked via internet or by phone, may change easily their earlier made commitments without informing you. Even within a day before arrival, earlier made commitments may be given up for travelers who offer more cash for staying in their house, commit to stay longer or for old good customers. You thought to have booked a great looking house by the internet, but you stay at the neighbours place without any references that can be checked. This happens frequently esp. in high season at the popular destinations.

What we can offer is that as soon as you commit to book with us, we can reserve already some hotels on critical locations and/or apartments on tropical islands (cayos/keys) in advance, without knowing yet in all details your travel program & final quotation. We make sure in this way that some of your favourite locations are already reserved as first priority. Meanwhile we finalize the exact travel program as soon as possible, when you have determined the rest of your travel itinerary. In case you approach us in high season and hotels turn out to be fully booked, we always can offer as an alternative accommodation a stay with a Cuban family in casas particulares.
