Individual Travels
For Booking a Group Travel, click here
This concerns the booking of an individual travel
or a special tailor made travel.
The procedure of designing a tailor made Travel
is as follows. We first ask you a few questions
(or you send us your wishes directly) in order to
arrive to a first draft of an itinerary together with you.
This can be in the case that you prefer a completely
customized travel or in case you just want to make
only some small adjustments in a sample
travel itinerary.
When we have found your ideal itinerary after a few
proposals & travel designs, we make a quotation
(see: page quotation) of the costs involved of your
favorite travel.
At the moment you give your final agreement to one
of the offered travel itineraries & related quotation,
you have to arrange your flight (if you have not done
that already). As soon as you confirm the details
of your flight, we prepare all the details of booking
of the travel for our local agent, and you take care
of and confirm your (advance) payment.
As soon as this (advance) payment is confirmed
on our account, we start with finalizing the
reservations with our local agents, we send you a
Manual (pdf document) with all contact
& background information of destination, and an
address list with travel itinerary .
You receive from us an Email or document
in pdf-format of your (advanced) payment as soon
as the payment is confirmed. We keep you informed
about the status of your reservations, in case some
hotels or excursions are placed on a waiting list for
booking. If we have to offer another accommodation
(esp. when it is high season and a booking is close to
your departure date) we always contact you first
and come forward with another proposal of the same
value. When all accommodations, transfers &
excursions are confirmed we send you the final address
list and travel program, in case there has been
any adaptations.
If you confirm a travel itinerary & estimate
(the travel agreement), and ask us to proceed with
booking, you accept the General Conditions of
the Travel Agreement with Soultime Travel.

Note that:
You have to arrange yourself the international flight
to arrive at destination at least one day or some hours
before the mentioned start of the program,
and that an International flight is never included
in the Travel Costprice.

for every specific travel.
We ask you to take Care of a good Travel Insurance,
that covers outdoor activities, includes medical costs,
repatriating care and one that takes care,
if in any case you have to cancel your travel.
