This section concerns the booking of individual travel or a special tailor made travel program.

The procedure for designing a tailor made travel program is as follows:  first you either send us your travel wishes or we ask you a series of questions in order to create a working draft of your itinerary.  We do this whether you are creating a customized travel program or are merely wanting ot make some small adjustments to one of our sample travel itineraries. 

Once we have developed your ideal travel program and associated itinerary (after working through a few proposals and designs with you) we will submit a quotation of the costs associated with your preferred travel program (see: quotations for guidelines).

Once we enter into our final agreement for your individualized travel program you will need to arrange your flight, if you have not already done so.  As soon as you can confirm your flight details with Soultime we will arrange all your booking details with our local agent and you will only be required to provide and confirm your payment for services (in advance).

As soon as this (advance) payment is confirmed we will send you an email confirming receipt and we will begin finalizing the reservations with our local agents; will send you a Travel Manual (pdf document) with all contact & background information regarding your destination with an address list for all locales on your travel itinerary.

In some instances hotels or various excursions will require being placed on a waiting list for final confirmation.  In those instances we will keep you informed regarding the status of those reservations.  In the event a particular accommodation or service is unavailable, we will contact you and provide you with an alternate proposal of the same value.  When all accommodations, transfers & excursions are confirmed we will send you the final address list and travel program, in case there have been any changes.

Your confirmation of a travel itinerary and estimate constitutes the entry into a travel agreement.  Requesting we proceed with your booking also constitutes your agreement to our General Conditions of hte Travel Agreement with Soultime Travel.

Note that:

It is your responsibility to arrange your international flight to your initial destination at least several hours before the scheduled initiation of your Soultime Travel program and that international flight is never included in our fees. 

See further what is included and what is not, for each specific travel.

We recommend that you take out a good travel insurance policy that covers outdoors activities, medical costs, repatriating care in case you have to cancel your travel.
